What makes a Will valid?

Ekua is a lawyer with 39 years of experience in the provision of legal services in Ghana. She led numerous projects and transactions in project finance, banking, power, and natural resources law, and has provided legal advisory services to a wide range of banks, mining companies, and other corporate entities concerning their operations and transactions. Additionally, she has significant expertise in private client management and advisory, with a focus on wealth management, wills, trusts and probate. Ekua is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the Trinidad and Tobago Law Association, the International Bar Association, and the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors. Ekua is ranked in IFLR 1000 as "highly regarded" and in Chambers and Partners. She is also featured in IFLR 1000 Women Leaders.

He has distinguished himself in providing strategic legal solutions across a range of sectors, including construction, trading, banking, insurance, real estate and mining. His experience in advising high-profile clients and navigating complex legal issues has strengthened his standing within the legal profession. Kwaku's practice includes both litigation and arbitration, as well as comprehensive private wealth advisory services. He also has an in-depth understanding of wills and probate matters, including the litigation that often arises from such matters.

Maame received her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB Hons. Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon in 1999 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2001. Since then, she has worked in corporate legal practice and has gained significant corporate transactional experience. She has a solid reputation for resolving complex financial, corporate and commercial issues that affect projects and companies. Maame has received training in negotiation and leadership from the Harvard University Law School - PON Institute. As a corporate and investment lawyer, Maame has significant experience in structuring transactions and providing legal advice for international companies in Ghana. She was previously a Managing Associate at Prime Attorneys, a firm of business lawyers advising international and local corporate establishments on business issues. Maame provides general corporate advise and legal counsel on negotiating, structuring and closing land joint ventures, corporate mergers & acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, obtaining regulatory approvals, private equity transactions, and commercial contracts. She advises several companies on legal requirements for doing business, corporate compliance and provides corporate secretarial services.
