Maame provides general corporate advise and legal counsel on negotiating, structuring and closing land joint ventures, corporate mergers & acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, obtaining regulatory approvals, private equity transactions, and commercial contracts. She advises several companies on legal requirements for doing business, corporate compliance and provides corporate secretarial services.
